The preferential prices are only for students who stay at least for one semester (about 140 days). Students who shorten their duration to less than one semester must pay the original prices.

Total room fee for one semester (about 140 days) must be paid when checking in at the hotel.
RMB 300 of key deposit must be paid when checking in at the hotel. With the receipt, RMB 300 of key deposit is refundable when check-out.

Internet is available in rooms and students apply for it to the reception desk of the hotel. Application fee for the internet is RMB 20. RMB 40 per month.

To use the telephone in rooms, students should apply to the reception desk of the hotel and pay the deposit RMB 100.The fee for calling telephone numbers in Shanghai is RMB 0.50 for the first three minutes and then RMB 0.20 from the 4th minute. The fee for calling telephone numbers in other cities in China is RMB 0.77 per minute.
