Answer, screen and direct the company phone calls
Greeting the guests for the business needs
Responsible for the procurement and accounting of office supplies, stationery, name card and other office necessities
Working with IT Dept. to ensure all office equipment, including telephone, fax machine, print machine etc are maintained periodically and kept it good working order
Office facility management, such as office lease contract state update, PAR application process implements
Meeting rooms reservation status management
Assist management for the office renovation/relocation project management and follow up
Management for the Safety Guard, Tea Lady and keep communication with Property Management Company
General administrative and clerical support
Other HR & Admin assistance jobs assigned by supervisor

University graduate major in English, Business Administration or related
Over one year relevant experience in MNC
Good spoken & written English
