Part 1. Describe the Position
l Greeting the guests for the business needs
l Responsible for the procurement and accounting of office supplies, stationery, name card and other office necessities
l Working with IT Dept. to ensure all office equipment, including telephone, fax machine, print machine etc are maintained periodically and kept it good working order
l Office facility management, such as office lease contract state update, PAR application process implements
l Meeting rooms reservation status management
l Assist management for the office renovation/relocation project management and follow up
l Management for the Safety Guard, Tea Lady and keep communication with Property Management Company
l General administrative and clerical support
l Other HR & Admin assistance jobs assigned by supervisor
