招聘岗位：HR部门的培训助理

Department\Position: HR \ HR Assistant (focus on training)

Work location: Line3\8 to HongKou Football Stadium Station

Major Request：HR management \ French Language（法语专业或人力资源管理专业应届毕业生）

Job Description：

Support training manager to collect training needs and complete yearly training plan & implementation

Logistic Support for Training：

Follow up training enrollment \ Book trainer and send learner invitation \ Book training room and setup

Arrange & prepare training material etc. \ Maintain and update learner record

Complete evaluation report \ Maintain training system & structure eg training introduction update

Project Support：

Support training manager for training material and programs design & development.

Support Training manager to arrange yearly training plan and implementation.

Support Training manager for HR project such as Purchasing School Project, Business Process Standardization Integration Project etc.

Library management \ On-site support training

Deliver some internal training if necessary（eg New Hire on board etc）

Coordination：

Proactively coordinate with BU, Leaner, Instructor,Vendor for any questions or requests
